Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of downloadable programs, PDF products, and online coaching services are final. Once your purchase is complete, access is granted immediately, and no refunds will be issued.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital goods, including but not limited to:
- PDF workout programs
- Training dashboards
- Online coaching subscriptions
- Nutrition resources
If you have any trouble accessing your product or believe there was an error with your order, please contact us at contact@hagelestrength.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Sale items
Items purchased at a discount or during promotional offers are non-refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances
If you believe you were charged in error or there is a technical issue with your purchase that prevents access, please reach out to us within 7 days of purchase. We reserve the right to handle these on a case-by-case basis.
Purchases Made Through TrainHeroic
Some of our programs are sold through TrainHeroic, an external platform that manages its own payment processing, subscriptions, and customer support.
