Hagele Strength is my coaching and programming platform for everyday athletes who want to get stronger, leaner, and better conditioned. I combine evidence-based programming, real-world coaching, and a hybrid model that fits a busy life.

Who is Anthony Hagele?

I’m a strength coach and exercise scientist with a Master’s in Exercise Science and Nutrition. I work with driven people—former CrossFitters, tactical athletes, dads, and everyday athletes—who want performance and physique to coexist.

No cookie-cutter templates. You’ll see a Conjugate-inspired strength system adapted for hybrid athletes, plus structured conditioning that actually drives performance. I care about results and sustainability, not trends.

Do you only work with advanced athletes?

No. Many clients are experienced, but committed beginners do well here because we skip fluff and build real capability from day one.

What’s your current training split?

Three to four strength days with targeted conditioning work between. Blocks rotate with clear testing windows.

Do you compete in events?

Yes. I’m training for a HYROX race in November 2025.
