Are these programs for beginners?
Most programs are written for intermediate to advanced trainees or athletes with a lifting background. Beginner-friendly options will be clearly labeled when available.
How do I access my program?
All programs are delivered through TrainHeroic. Once purchased, you’ll receive access inside the app where you can view training, log workouts, and track progress.
Can I try a program before committing?
Most subscription programs include a free trial for eligible users. One-time programs do not include a free trial.
What equipment do I need?
Most programs are best run in a commercial gym or a well-equipped home gym. If you have equipment limitations, substitutions can be made inside TrainHeroic.
Need more than a program?
Online coaching is for athletes who want individualized programming, accountability, nutrition guidance, and ongoing adjustments.
