I hold a Master’s degree in Exercise Science and certifications as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Certified Sports Nutritionist (CISSN). My expertise is grounded in evidence-based practice, bridging the gap between the latest research and practical, real-world application.

As an exercise and performance nutrition researcher, I’ve contributed to studies exploring topics such as supplementation strategies to improve exercise recovery, biomarkers, probiotic and postbiotic supplementation, substrate oxidation, and exercise performance.
