How It Works

Step 1

PICK YOUR PROGRAM

Choose a program based on your schedule and goal. Subscriptions update monthly. One-time programs run for a fixed block.

Step 2

TRAIN INSIDE THE APP

All programs live in the TrainHeroic app so you can view sessions, track progress, and stay consistent.

Step 3

PROGRESS WITH INTENT

Clear structure, smart progression, and real-world flexibility. You train like an athlete, not like a random workout collector.

Program FAQs

Which program is right for me?

PEAK PHYSIQUE
16-week hypertrophy-focused program built to add muscle while maintaining strength, conditioning, and athletic capability.

HAMMER AND NAIL
Minimalist, full-body training using minimal equipment. Kettlebells, dumbbells, sandbags, sleds, or improvised tools all work. Simple. Hard. Effective.

Are these programs for beginners?

Most programs are written for intermediate to advanced trainees or for athletes with a strength background. Beginner-friendly options are clearly labeled (such as HSC RUN – Beginner). If you are brand new to structured training, reach out before starting to ensure you choose the right entry point.

How do I sign up and access my program?

All programs are delivered through the TrainHeroic app. Once purchased, you’ll receive access to your program in TrainHeroic where you can view workouts, track progress, and access included features.

Can I try a program before committing?

Yes. Most Hagele Strength subscription programs include a 7-day free trial.

If you choose not to continue, you must manually cancel before the end of the trial period to avoid being charged. Billing and cancellation are handled directly through TrainHeroic.

What equipment do I need?

Equipment requirements vary by program, but most require access to a basic commercial gym or a well-equipped home gym.

If you have equipment limitations, substitutions can be provided inside TrainHeroic. For specific questions, contact contact@hagelestrength.com.

  • Repeat subscriptions: if you’ve subscribed to the same monthly program before, you may not receive a second free trial for that program.
  • One-time programs: fixed-length, one-time purchase programs do not include a free trial.

Eligibility and enforcement may be handled by the platform at checkout.
