Hi, I’m Anthony Hagele
A strength coach and exercise science researcher with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. I hold certifications as a CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) and CISSN (Certified Sports Nutritionist through the ISSN). I also have a Master’s degree in Exercise Science. My mission is to deliver evidence-based training and nutrition strategies to everyday athletes, helping you achieve sustainable results and improve your quality of life.
